Quick answer

Why it’s different

Not software you buy. A standard you operate to.

Attorney-designed

Built by a practising corporate attorney for how South African businesses actually work — not a generic, off-the-shelf SaaS.

Attorney-overseen

Run alongside your legal work and kept current by your counsel — not left to you to administer.

Reserved for our clients

You don’t buy it. You gain it by working with the firm — and it grows with the relationship.

Contract management

Every contract, under control

Your signed agreements, read and organised for you — with every renewal and notice deadline watched so nothing lapses.

  • Drop in signed PDFs, Word files or scans; the Workspace reads each one and pulls out the parties, dates, values and key clauses — every figure shown with the wording it came from.
  • Nothing is filed until you confirm it — speed with your judgment over it.
  • Renewal and notice deadlines tracked automatically, with an at-a-glance view of everything coming up.
  • A searchable register of every agreement, linked into families when one amends or replaces another.

e-Signatures

Signed, sealed, and on the record

Send any document for legally binding electronic signature and sign in your browser — the executed copy files itself back, with its audit trail.

  • Sign in-browser — no separate account, no printing or scanning.
  • Send to counterparties with an optional signing order; everyone signs their part.
  • The fully-executed document returns to your Workspace automatically, complete with audit trail.
  • One place for everything awaiting signature — across matters, contracts and resolutions.

Company secretarial

Your statutory records, impeccably kept

A proper Companies Act share register, beneficial-ownership tooling, resolutions and a compliance calendar — maintained to standard alongside your attorney.

  • A true s50 / Regulation 32 securities register — share accounts, allotments, transfers, certificates and beneficial interests, reconciled automatically.
  • Beneficial-ownership filings prepared end to end: the ownership structure mapped, owners’ documents collected, and the complete CIPC pack produced.
  • Resolutions and a minute book, an annual-return tracker and a live compliance calendar so nothing slips.
  • Reconstruct your register as at any past date, and export everything to Excel, Word or PDF.
